By accessing or using Athaia ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

Athaia is an AI-powered video production platform that generates cinema-quality videos from text prompts. The Service is currently in pre-launch (waitlist) phase. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change before and after public launch.

3. Waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive emails about Athaia's launch, product updates, and related communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Waitlist position does not guarantee access or pricing.

4. User Accounts

When the Service launches, you will need an account to access features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Content Ownership

• Your content: You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all videos produced using Athaia. You may use them for any lawful purpose without attribution.
• Input content: You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and inputs do not infringe on third-party rights.
• Platform content: Athaia's website, branding, documentation, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create deepfakes or misleading content designed to deceive viewers about real events or people.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models or platform.

7. Payment and Billing

Pricing details will be finalized at launch. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refund policies will be published at launch.

8. Limitation of Liability

Athaia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but your ownership of previously generated content remains.
